xcode 5.0 以上去掉icon高亮方法&iOS5白表徵圖問題

之前的建議方法是把在xxx.info.plist檔案裡把

icon already includes gloss and bevel effects 設定YES

在Xcode5下，重複實現不成功，今天最終找到解決方式，假設使用xcassets設定方法，須要選擇iOS icon is pre-rendered 的選擇框，

xcod5在iOS5下白表徵圖問題，
