016 # CRP-capacity demand plan of adempiere System

The CRP (capacity demand plan) of the adempiere system undertakes the MRP (material demand plan) and is a limited capacity plan. The calculation is the production capacity, such as the machine equipment, manpower available time, etc., whether the product production can be completed and delivered to the customer within the promised delivery period.

Here, we also use the example of the sales order in the "015 #-material demand plan" log, as shown in figure 1.

Order content: 10 "windbreakers"

"Windbreaker" manufacturing process, including cloth, sewing, button opening, cutting head and packaging five processes. 2. Assume that it takes 8 hours to complete these five processes, it takes 80 hours to complete 10 windbreakers.

Assume that the sales order was confirmed on the afternoon of June 30,. Production of the Order content can only be started at p.m, therefore, the production and delivery of 10 "windbreaker" may last from 23:59:59, January 30, to, but there will be two days off on Saturday and Sunday (2011.12.02 and 2011.12.03, it is calculated as 24 hours a day, during which 80 hours of work time is available. 3:

The red color shown in Figure 5 shows the available time for one day (24 hours), and the blue color shows the time used by each process within one day. Blue indicates the normal available time, and blue indicates the abnormal available time, which proves that the computing time in this process is not enough. In addition, we can also view the information chart shown in figure 6 below in the CRP information.

In the chart in figure 6, the column chart of 2011.12.05 goes down, indicating that the time is insufficient. Why does it take 80 hours to complete the product and 80 hours to work during the period? The reason is that the final packaging process must be completed at on January 1, and the delivery period has exceeded.

The limited capacity plan of the adempierede system can tell the user in a timely manner whether the production capacity of the order has been completed during the order receiving period; it is easy to determine whether the order can be promised, or, after the commitment is discovered, the customer can be promptly contacted for consultation.
