Last night, I had nothing to do with itpub. I saw itpub have a "remember 2008: My job experience" essay activity. I suddenly remembered some of the things that happened when I was looking for a job in 2008, so we have the following text.

In a twinkling of an eye, the time has moved to 2009, and I have been working for nearly a year! There are many things worth thinking about in the past 08 years.

I will always remember the day when my mentor called me and another student to the office and said, "I hope you will stay in your current company. I am angry, but I dare not reveal it. After all, he is my mentor and I have not graduated yet. In retrospect, I basically handed over my graduate student life to my mentor's company. In March September, I entered the school and started my postgraduate life. In February, my mentor asked me and my classmates to help me in one of his companies and paid us 500 yuan a month. At that time, I still felt very happy. Every week only took about three days, and I could get 500 RMB. In September July, all the courses at the graduate stage had been completed, and we became real office workers. Every day, we had a great time. After all, we learned something. In February October, the salary was increased. We had to do this for 800 yuan each month. In March July, I thought it was time to consider looking for a job after graduation, Because I graduated in March April. At this time, the tutor called us to the office and said, "Many students in the school are looking for a job. I hope you can stay in this company. After all, you also grew up with this company. As for the treatment, I also checked it online. If I graduate from graduate school, it may be about 5 K. I decided to open a 5 K post-tax ticket with the board of directors and solve the problem for you in Beijing, I hope you can work here with peace of mind. I have to write my graduation thesis in the company anyway ." I thought about it at the time. Although it was a small company, the treatment was still good and it could solve the problem. I simply stayed here to avoid the trouble of going out to work. So I decided to stay.

Since I decided to leave my worries about finding a job, I will devote myself to my work. I still remember that when other students wrote the first draft, my classmates and I went on a business trip in Tianjin, and I had not started writing my thesis. The instructor told us that "you have to write your thesis, but you must do a good job ". In this way, my classmates and I write papers during the day (I often work overtime at night when I am on a business trip) and work until the first day of lunar December 20.

After returning home for the Year, I rushed back to work in lunar January 8. Everything went as usual, and I was on a business trip or on a business trip. By the beginning of March, we had the above conversation. The answer to this paper is on July 15, March 15. After the answer, it means that you have graduated. The problem of "leaving or staying" has been repeated in my mind. I finally chose the former, and soon I told my mentor what I thought, the reason is, of course, "I want to see the world outside". The tutor will say, "if the problem is about treatment, you can consider other ways to achieve it ". of course, I won't listen. The treatment is not a problem, and the treatment offered by the mentor is acceptable. The key to the problem is why I cannot be told early, so that I can have a renewal period, instead, I will not be told when I graduate soon? All campus recruitment has been solved, and the best time for students to find a job has been missed. I don't have time to think about so many questions. I will answer my graduation question first.
 
So I put all my energy into my graduation question. just two days before I answered the question, the well-known domestic price negotiation company called for an interview and casually gave me a few remarks on the phone, but the result was unexpected, I will soon send the offer to my mailbox. without much thinking, I am a big company. I am also interested in the industries I want to engage in. Even if I don't solve my account, I still accept it!

In this way, after my graduation reply, I went to work in this company and became a real office worker. Then I went through 08 years.

When I think about it, although I was not very familiar with the mentor's practice at the time, but now I want to open it. There is no right or wrong in it. Society is like this. Everyone has different positions, the problem of looking at things is different. as a fresh graduate, the key is to make your own choices, and then continue to work hard toward your choice. although I do not know whether my choice is correct, my current company is still far away from what I imagined, and the industry I was engaged in is not what I originally imagined, but this is all my own choice. I chose the path, that is, I had to go through it while kneeling.
