2, in ViewGroup can be onintercepttouchevent method to intercept the event delivery, Onintercepttouchevent method returns true means that the event is not allowed to continue to pass to the child view, Returning false means that the event is not intercepted.

3. ViewGroup will not receive any events if the passed event is consumed by the child view.
