(1). Text_create () Creates a text control at a specified location, specifying the size.
Text_handle text_create (int x0, int y0,int xsize, int ysize,int Id, int flags,const char* s, int Align);
Returns the value: the handle to the file control that was created, or 0 if the function failed to execute.

(2). Text_createaschild () Creates a text control at a specified location, specifying the size.
