A bug in how IE handles the onload event of GIF Animation

If the SRC of the label is a GIF animation, its onload event is repeatedly triggered.
Firefox has no such problem.

Solution:

This bug does not occur if SRC is set to a static GIF, JPG, BMP, or other format.
