Virtual machines in this site, or temporary disk, such as: Windows server virtual machine in the D disk, is not suitable for storing persistent data, because when the virtual machine is transferred to the other cabinet by the background controller, the data that exists in the temporary disk will be lost.

This new feature can be exploited in conjunction with situations that happen to be temporary use of storage, such as page files, buffer pool extensions in SQL Server Extension.
