If Adobe Flash is not working correctly, or if you see the following error message, try the troubleshooting steps described later in this article.

If you're using a mobile device, Flash can't be used in Chrome.
1th step: Turn on Adobe Flash Player
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the top address bar, type
chrome://plugins , and then press enter.
- Under Adobe Flash Player, click Enable .
2nd step: Update Adobe Flash Player
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the top address bar, type
chrome://components , and then press enter.
- Under Adobe Flash Player, click Check for Updates .
- Returns a page containing Flash content. If the page does not load automatically, click the reload icon at the top left.
3rd step: Make sure Chrome is the latest version
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click the "More" icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click Update Google Chrome. If you don't see this button, your Chrome is the latest version.
- Click Restart .

4th step: Install Flash Player from Adobe's website

- Under Step 1th, select the operating system of your computer.
- Under "2nd Step", select the option with "PPAPI" listed.
- Click Download Now and follow the steps to install Adobe Flash Player.
