Adorner mode and proxy mode differences

The proxy mode and decorator pattern are almost identical in grammatical form, so what are the differences between them?
Decorator mode: Dynamically add some extra responsibilities to an object. Decorative mode is more flexible than generating sub-classes in terms of added functionality
Proxy mode: Provides a proxy for other objects to control access to this object.

In fact, their focus is on "add" responsibilities and the other is "control" access. This is the most essential difference between them.
