The small icon for the input toggle cannot be found at the end of the Start menu. It is possible that the language service has been removed, but the program remains intact in the system. Open Control Panel to Win7 as an example to record the lost Input method program.

1. Look for "region and language" in the control Panel.

4. Entered the text service and Input language window. The default language of the input method can be modified at the top box. The picture shows the state of English.

To find an installed input method, you can try adding a language service. Click the button "Add".

5. Select the language and click the "OK" button.
