I searched for it online. Someone said they wanted to modify the hosts file and matched 127.0.0.1 with localhost, but I always matched it. I couldn't help but read the Apache log again. I found that [crit] (OS 10022) provided an invalid parameter. : Child 2880: setup_inherited_listeners (), wsasocket failed to open the inherited socket .". This is half the reason. Now go to the command line and enter netsh Winsock reset. The problem is solved.
