An introduction to the difference between Android editable and string

    Editable is an interface type that makes any changes to its instanced object to the original instantiated object operation, the memory address or the original one. Any change to the string is equivalent to re-instantiating a string class, which is equivalent to reallocating the memory address. So the Editable is mutable, and the string is immutable, because after the change of Editable, the original Editable object is not the original string object after the string has changed.
