[Android entry] several methods for registering listeners

Take setonclicklistener as an example.

1. setonclicklistener (this)

This class implements listening. Therefore, this class must inherit onclicklistener and implement the onclick method.

2. setonclicklistener (this. XXX)

This class does not need to inherit onclicklistener, as long as the xxx method is implemented.

You do not need to continue the listener or the method, saving the trouble of retrieving the method name ~~ Hehe
