An error occurred while updating Android SDK tools today. The following is a solution.

The tool responsible for updating Android SDK tools is in the Tools Folder, which causes this problem.

[Solution]

First, disable SDK manager.exe and other software that uses files in Android-SDK-Windows (especially end adb.exe in the task manager ).

Rename the Tools Folder to tools. tmp. Double-click and execute tools. tmp \ Android. bat. Then, the android SDK manager is automatically started, and then the android SDK tools is updated.
