Annotate text in an Excel table

1. Create an Excel form that requires the ability to add phonetic content to the table.

2, select the need to add Pinyin text form "Baidu experience net", found in the toolbar "Phonetic Guide" button, the shock Device Drop-down menu under the "Phonetic settings."

3, in the step out of the Phonetic Settings menu box, the alignment from the default "left" to "center", and click "OK" to save.

4, select the need to add Pinyin text form "Baidu experience Net", click "Pinyin Guide" under the "edit Pinyin."

5, click "Edit Pinyin", "Baidu experience net" above the content appears pinyin fill box, input "Bai du Pin yin Wang" phonetic style, see table changes (if the table is not visually changed, you need to enter the next step).

6, select the need to add Pinyin text form "Baidu experience Net", click on "Phonetic Guide" appears as the picture effect, or click on its "Show Pinyin field" appears as the picture effect.
