When apache is started on a Linux server today, it is found that it cannot be started. Open the log as follows:

[Thu Apr 18 16:55:43 2013] [Error] (13) Permission denied: cocould not create/home/xxxx/logs/httpd. PID
[Thu Apr 18 16:55:43 2013] [Error] httpd: cocould not log PID to file/home/xxxx/logs/httpd. PID

In general, if the PID file has insufficient permissions, grant the PID File Permission. Finally, Apache starts normally. The reason is pending.
