This method appends HTML content to the tail of all matching elements.

Special Note:

This method is append content and does not delete the previous content.
HTML content is the content that can contain HTML tags, and can be rendered by the browser.
The text content is to first convert the HTML predefined characters in the content into HTML character entities so that the HTML tags are not rendered.
