Aspnet_regiis-pe "connectionstrings"-app "/zwf"-prov rsaprotectedconfigurationprovider

-PE: decrypts the configuration section.

"Connectionstrings": configuration section to be encrypted

-App: Virtual Path

"/Zwf": virtual path to be encrypted

[-Prov provider]ProgramEncryption

Rsaprotectedconfigurationprovider: indicates the encrypted provider.
