You have previously duplicated, estimating that you are using ORDER by rand (); caused by paging.

To do this randomly, you can do this by using a temporary file that records the IDs that have been used and excludes them at the next select.

All the random result sets are saved to the temporary table first

And then paging through the temp table

The same seed will produce the same sequence of random numbers
A. Order by Rand ()
To become ... order by RAND (n)
Save the seed in a way that you think is appropriate n
