I received a call from Microsoft Asia Research Institute yesterday afternoon and made an appointment for a telephone interview this morning.
After getting up, I reviewed the basic. Net knowledge and waited for the ATC call in front of the phone.
The interview lasted from AM to AM. I first talked about a recent project and asked some related questions. Since the project was not completed for a few months, I still remember the technical details clearly, then the answer is easier. then I started to talk about the C # language. From the difference between C # And C ++, I have been talking about the reflection mechanism of C #. I feel that all the important language features in C # have been asked, although a little nervous, after all, I have been playing C # for more than two years, so it is easier to answer. then the data structure andAlgorithmThis step is not answered well. One question is not answered. One question is answered, but the efficiency is not high, another question is that the interview's eldest brother guided me to answer the question step by step. then there is the object-oriented and design model. As I am still learning this, I just talked about it briefly. finally, I talked about some non-technical issues.
The overall perception is that the first part focuses on technology and then algorithms. I may not pay enough attention to the details at ordinary times, for example, how to design a more efficient algorithm for the same problem, which is exactly what I should strengthen.
