Automatic Routing for distributed monitoring zabbix

 

# Step 1: log on to zabbix for the first time

#### Main tab:

#### Administration: responsible for general settings, user verification, and media settings

#### Configuration: as the name suggests, the main configuration is set through this option

#### Monitoring

#### Inventory: asset involving host asset information

#### Reports: report related information

 

#2. Create a host

 

After the creation is complete, you can view the created information in the host list and the monitoring home page. In this case, only an agent is created, but no monitoring project is defined.

 

#3. Create an item

Configuration> hosts> items> Create item

 

After creation

 

 

You can see in monitoring> lastest data

If you want to create multiple items, items of the same category can be classified into the same application, and items of the same category can be created using clone, next we will clone an item with outbound Nic traffic into the NIC traffic, and simply modify it.

 

#4. Create a graph

Configuration> hosts> graph> Create Graph

Click Preview to view the effect after creation. Save the result after creation.

#5. Create a screen

Configuration> screen> Create Screen
