Batch Modify Files

Prerequisite: System XP, 2008, 2003 and installed excel,win7 command some in and out, so no, back to add Win7

Step one: Identify the folders that need to be modified

You need to remove all 1-2 of the file name, usually a large number of folders need to be modified, it will be a very headache. The following can be exported to an Excel table based on the file name and processed using the Excel table combined with the batch bat file.

Step two: Export the file name to an Excel document

Generate Excel File command "dir/b> file name. xls"

The third step, the Excel table to organize the name to modify the corresponding table

Delete the information that does not need to be modified, and collate the data by the following columns:

Delete the unwanted data and add the ren batch modification name command.

Fourth step: Create a batch file, Rename.bat and set the content

Fifth step, double-click Rename.bat, batch file name
