Blog map and geourl

After applying for a blog map in the left-side announcement area, I found that the number of blogs in the vicinity changes every day, but I don't know why.AlgorithmAnd I don't know the specific distance. I often find Beijing in Xi'an. These two days seem to have corrected, and the query results of nearby blogs are basically concentrated in the same city. For example, today I have eight blogs nearby, all of which are concentrated on the ring city expressway in Xi'an. So I guess the city where my blog belongs may be used to query nearby neighbors rather than distance queries.
This reminds me of the previous geourl, which has not been accessed for a long time (I heard that the server has crashed). It was finally reopened last month and upgraded to 2.0. You can use it to view the websites near your location, especially the blog, and the query here has the concept of distance. There are only 3 in my nearby 150km, too few, haha!
Currently, geourl has a total of 182,548 registered websites (not too many), mainly in the United States, Europe and Japan. The most incredible thing is that there are so many South Pole websites, density seems to be no worse than that in China. It seems that there are still a few people who are happy to be with penguins!
