At first, the call interface was confusing, and the other party gave a demo. I didn't know how to use that demo at the time.

So I don't even know how to connect, but I 've been hitting a nail all the time. The other side is also very busy and cannot help me. Later, I finally finished my work in half a month. It was actually very easy to recall. At that time, as long as I looked at the demo at a glance, everything would be fine. (Note: My demo is not provided to me by the customer, but a software provided by the customer. The software contains a static demo page)

2. Be sure to check the log. Generally, the log will be under the log. Record why something went wrong. Some problems can be analyzed.

3. Be sure to communicate well. The friend who answered the phone with me may be busy because they are busy. Many things cannot be communicated in time. In many cases, they are also impatient. That friend often says that I cannot communicate with you. What about so many customers. I was angry at the time, but I endured it. Because I know that my job is to connect the telephone interface. Later, I told my friends about the situation and feelings on my side that they must be familiar with their own controls, which are a strange thing for me. A black box. So they need help.

In short, this call interface has no technical improvement, but I have learned a lot about the attitude and method of doing things. Especially for communicating with people.
