Cannot connect to net. tcp: // IP: Port/Service. The connection attempt lasted for 00:00:01. 0840620. TCP error code 10061: Unable to connect because the target computer is actively rejected, tcp error code 10061

When using the net. tcp protocol in WCF, if the request is deployed to IIS, you can use the following steps to solve the problem:

1. Make sure it is not a firewall problem.

2. Make sure the Net. Tcp Listener Adapter Service is running ....
