For the CC1310 of the 48pin foot, the pins belonging to the Power class are as follows: The relationship between the above power class pins is as follows: 1 VDDs class pin VDDs class pins include VDDs, VDDS2, VDDS3, and VDDS_DCDC four pins. Where VDDs is voltage regulator, power-down detection, global ldo, and partial io, VDDS2 and VDDS3 power the remaining IO, VDDS_DCDC for internal DC-to. The typical voltage range is 1.8v~3.8v. The VDDs type pin is the only power supply that requires an external power supply from the user. Therefore, for the user, simply providing the appropriate power supply for the VDDs class of pins allows the CC1310 to function properly. 2 DCDC_SW pin This pin is the output of the internal/DC, the output voltage can be vddr and VDDR_RF power supply, theoretically output voltage is 1.68V, the actual test, the output voltage of this pin is 1.669V. Note that the manual specifically states that this pin cannot be powered by other external chips. The 3 vddr and vddr_rf pins have a voltage range of 1.7V to 1.95V for both pins. It can be powered by an internal DCDC, can also be powered by an internal global ldo, or it can be powered by an external 1.8V voltage regulator. When using an internal DCDC power supply, the DCDC_SW pins need to be connected to the VDDR and vddr_rf pins, and TI recommends using an internal DCDC supply, since the power consumption of the chip can be reduced by using an internal DCDC supply. When using the internal Ldo power supply, the VDDR and VDDR_RF need to be short-connected, and the external 10uf decoupling capacitor, VDDS_DCDC short to vdds,dcdc_sw pin dangling. When powered with an external 1.8V voltage regulator, the vddr, VDDR_RF, VDDs, VDDS2, and VDDS3 are shortened together by the external 1.8V voltage regulator, and the VDDS_DCDC and dcdc_sw pins are grounded. 4 DCOUPL Pin This pin is the output decoupling pin of the internal 1.27 regulator and requires an external decoupling capacitor and cannot power other chips.
