Cause of the problem:
In keychain (key-channeling access), a certificate was deleted: Apple woldwide Developer Relations Certification Authority, which is the issuer of the iphone Developer certificate, If it is deleted it will cause the iphone developer certificate to be recognized as an unknown authority signature, and then the error will appear on the real machine debugging in Xcode.

Workaround:
Re-put Applewwdrca back in, download one from Apple's official website (http://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/), download and drag into keychain (key channeling)-Login directory.

If you want to regenerate the certificate, Apple is allowed, as long as the app ID is not modified.
