Cervical Spondylosis is mainly caused by aging due to age growth or long-term desk work, such as sitting in the office for a long time, desk work, using computers, watching TV, or driving a car. The symptoms are also different because of different causes, so they can be divided into four types:
The first is the nerve root type, which is caused by cervical compression to nerves. It is manifested in neck pain, shoulder pain, restricted neck movement, and hand numbness;
The second is the vertebral artery type, which is characterized by dizziness and headaches. It is caused by insufficient blood supply due to cervical compression vessels;
The third is the sympathetic model, which is caused by the impact of the sympathetic nerves, including palpitation, boredom, irritability, and cold sweat;
The fourth type is spinal cords, because the spinal cords are oppressed and displayed as upper and lower extremity numbness.
