Change the path of the Outlook data file

The default Data files of Outlook are stored in C: \ Documents ents and Settings \ (username) \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook \ outlook. pst.

I hate to put important things on drive C. If I reload the system disk, I will miss some important data to be backed up, so I will definitely change it to another path.

Steps:

1. Control Panel-mail-display configuration file-properties-data file-add-(create a new data file and put it on an E disk, for example) Note, it is best to set the name of a data file after it is created, such as "fyc". Do not use the default "personal folder" to avoid confusion-close.

2. Open outlook. Tools-email account-view or change existing email account-next-ship new emails to the following locations and select "fyc ". Done.
