2. Develop Project ManagementPlan: The process of recording the actions necessary to define, prepare, integrate and coordinate all sub-plans.
3. Guide and manage projectsRun: Process of executing the work defined in the project management plan to achieve the project objectives
4. MonitoringProject work: the process of tracking, reviewing and adjusting project progress to achieve the performance objectives set in the Project Management Plan
5. Overall implementationChange control: Reviews all change requests, Approves changes, and manages changes to deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and project management plans.
6. EndProject or stage: end all activities of all project management process groups to formally end the project or stage process.
