This afternoon, we made an improvement, that is, the data that can be filled in can be uploaded with a subscript.

When the input value is added with [u] TM [/u], the export software can be automatically set as the superscript.
Some knowledge about vertex regular expressions is used.
Also has a Reg tester verification software.
