Chat tool implements WinForm-side implementation

Recently looking for a technology that enables client point-to-point chat, I found a project on GitHub that supports Webscoket communication and the server is done by C#socket. I want the WinForm end of the communication, so on his basis, increased the desktop chat, it supports both the Web and WinForm. A simple chat program is finished, and later I apply this technique to the actual project.
