At the beginning, we tried using directory. exists (filepath) and directory. crreatedirectory (filepath). We found that we only created a folder named "serializeusers. xml.

But because I didn't pay attention to this folder, the following error occurs when I change to the file method:

Access to the path '************** serializeusers. xml' is denied.

When the folder "serializeusers. xml" under the directory is deleted, the operation is successful.
