Class Assignment 05

Design idea: (1) assigns the ID to the first value, and makes the Times=1;
        (2) Looking back, the same post plus 1, different posts minus 1. Until the Times is 0. Then assign the ID to the last processed value.
        (3) The ID of the Times not equal to 0 after the final processing is the water king.
