Solution One: Find the PID, according to the PID go to Task Manager process to end the process of consuming 8080 port number

1. First press the shortcut key windows+r, enter CMD in the Run box, enter the black interface, input Netstat-ano, view the port.

2. Locate the 8080 port and view the PID that is running the program.

3.ctrl+alt+delete opening a service in Task Manager

4. Find the same PID process, point to the end of the process, so that the 8080 port will no longer be occupied.
