The decoration was very good, but the operation went bankrupt for a while, in contrast, the current "Golden State tangcheng" is full of people, and the business is booming. We all felt that, in the same region, why is the difference in business so great? During the dinner, a colleague's statement was relatively "non-mainstream". His opinion was "whether a restaurant is good or not, and then comment on it six months later ".

Well, this point of view should indeed be agreed. The crowd mentality of the common people is still strong, so it is not difficult to find out the problems of the restaurant from the observation of some details:

1. When waiting for a seat, there is no SN. It is very casual and it is easy to grab a seat.

2. the handover of the foreman's seat is also chaotic. The foreman took us to the 7 th station, but found a big master sitting there, claiming to have waited for a long time.

3. The service standards are also inconsistent. The complimentary dishes will only be delivered after inquiry, or else the pass will jump.

4. Invoice and reluctance, but fortunately, the invoice cost is 10 RMB (the cashier is blank and lazy ).

5. A colleague came a little late a few days ago and the hotel refused to provide services. Later, I had to say something nice before I made a few soups.

I talked about eating for half a day. In my work, are some items correct? Is it a time for verification? After the passage of time, the result is reasonable and effective.
