Open the application (command + Shift + a)-utility-Terminal

Open. Open the directory of the Macintosh system.

Other passwords (same as Linux)
Ls displays the content of the current directory
Enter a directory named CD
CD .. return to the previous directory

Enter a directory and try again
Open. You can use Finder to open the corresponding directory.

For future use convenience
You can drag it to the favorites column on the left to facilitate future access.
