Common usage of grep

1. How to match a tab

To check whether chr1 row 22254347 exists, there is a tab in the middle.

Grep chr1 $ '\ t' 22254347 or grep-p' chr1 \ t22254347'

2, case-insensitive-I

3. the entire term of the searcher, not a part. -W

If you want to search for Miao, if you do not add-W, not only 'miao free hahaha' will be found, but 'miaofree hahah' will also be found.

4.-A displays the rows before matching the rows.

-B: displays the rows after matching the flight.

-C: display the rows that match before and after the flight

5.-V displays unmatched rows.

6.-C only displays the number of matched rows.

7.-N indicates the row number in the output.
