Compiere solution to help display garbled characters

The reason is that the original processing method is to retrieve the CSS file from Compiere's remote website,CodeAs follows:
Package org. Compiere. util;
Public class webdoc

If (javaclient)
M_head.addelement (new link ("Http://www.compiere.org/standard.css", Link. rel_stylesheet, Link. type_css ));

Change it to a local CSS file. The Code is as follows (note that standard.css is placed in the corresponding directory ):
