A more formal, minimal-scale team, typically responsible for a small or medium-sized project, or a subsystem in a medium to large project, should include the following groups: Management & Design Group, Development Group, Documentation & Test Group, Environment & Assurance Group.
The Management & Design team is responsible for the progress management and system design work; The development team is responsible for the code implementation; the Documentation & Test team is responsible for most of the document generation and testing work, and the Environment & Protection Group is responsible for the building and maintenance of the hardware and software environment and the team's daily support.
Each team is required to configure a thought mentor, responsible for the team's ideological construction work, from a certain life experience, understanding the values of the company has the virtues of the people to play. This person also serves as the leader of a group.
Each group is configured according to the new principles of the old belt, usually 2-3 people, in principle no more than 6 people.

If there are two such teams, can be called Class A, Class B, Class A and B can share a set of hardware environment and office space, in the time a class 7:00-15:00, Class B 14:00-22:00.
In extreme cases, Class C can be added, and Class C will be 2:00-8:00.
A, B, C constitute a development department, set up a manager 1 people, Assistant 1 people, Sales 2 people, cleaning 1 people, cook 2 people. The total production is 35-50 people. Including a development workshop, a large conference room (and restaurant), a business negotiation (and small meeting room), a kitchen, 2 toilets, a small room.
