Configuration Art: vro-vswitch

To change your vro to a vswitch, you must first have two vrouters, one master and the other slave. There are two ways to set up. One is routing or routing, the other is to use slave routes as vswitches.

Method 1: Use a slave route or a route!

Settings:

Route A is the master route, and Route B is the slave route!

Assume that you have two routing routes, A and B, which use both the ADSL dial-up Internet access.

First, set the WAN port status of route A to the PPPoE dialing status, and then enter the account and password of the ADSL dialing.

Then, set the LAN port IP address of route A to 192.168.1.1 and the IP address segment of the LAN port to 192.168.1.X.

Third, set the WAN port status of Route B to static IP, and the IP address to 192.168.1.2 mask 255.255.255.0 to 192.168.1.1.

Fourth, set the LAN port IP address of Route B to 192.168.2.1 and set the LAN port IP address segment to 192.168.2.X network mask 255.255.255.0. Connect the WAN port of Route B and any LAN port of route A with A network cable.

This vro vswitch mode can connect to seven computers at the same time!

Method 2: Use slave route as a switch!

Settings:

1. First, change the IP address of the route to another CIDR block, as long as it is not in the same CIDR block as the primary router. For example, if most of the router addresses are 192.168.1.1, we only need to change the number of router addresses from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.1;

2. disable the DHCP function of the slave router in settings. 3. connect the network cable from the primary router to any LAN port from the router.

This method can be used to connect six computers at the same time!

Use the first method to change the vro to vswitch. Set the gateway of your computer to Route B (192.168.2.1 ).
