1. Open MyEclipse Select Window->preferences in the main menu

2. Enter Tomcat in the Search box, select the corresponding version in the tomcat below, locate your Tomcat folder in Tomcat home directory, click OK, the path is automatically populated, and select Enable (if not enabled, is not displayed on the Servers window), and finally click OK.

3. Click JDK and select version, then click OK.

4. Select Window->show View->other in the main menu

5. In the search box, enter service Click OK, configuration is complete.

Note: As long as you have no problem with Tomcat, and the version corresponds to the JDK configuration, follow the steps basically no problem
