CONST Constant Declaration

int *pi; Pi is a normal pointer to an integral type

int const *PCI; is a pointer to an integral type constant. You can modify the value of the pointer, but you cannot modify the value it points to

int *const CPI; Declares that PCI is a constant that points to an integral type, where the pointer is a constant and its value cannot be modified, but you can modify the integer value that it points to.

The int const *const CPCI, either the pointer itself or the value it points to, is a constant and is not allowed to be modified.
