Conversion between python3 string and byte

Encoding and decoding concepts:

During network transmission (email, video, etc.), you can only transmit ASCII bytes rather than sending binary images or strings.

Therefore, before sending, encode all other formats into ASCII characters.

After receiving the data, decodes it into the corresponding image or string.

String encoded into bytes:

Bytes = Str. encode (encoding = 'utf-8', errors = 'strict ')
Encodes a string into bytes. The default decoding method is UTF-8. This method must be decoded Based on the encoding method of the current string.

 

Decodes bytes into strings:

STR = bytes. Decode (encoding = 'utf-8', errors = 'strict)
Decodes bytes into an encoded string of the UTF-8
