Creation of Servlets in MyEclipse

The creation of Servlets in MyEclipse bothered me one night, creating in Web. xml What I can do is to make the address access always 404 error when using annotations . I summed up the reasons for the following error:

1: The URL of the browser entered the wrong address, as follows

Http://localhost:8080/LoginServlet

The Web project name that you created is ignored

2:JDK version is incorrect, servlet3.0 is required for jdk6.0 or more

3: The imported package is not imported in the annotations
