In the past, we had to use the Spanning Tree Protocol for multi-link deployment. The advantage was line backup. When a link went wrong, another link would be taken over. What would happen to us, that is, if you have two links and only one is in the active State and has a hot standby mechanism of, you cannot completely use the link. After using CSS technology, the spanning tree can be saved, at the same time, the bandwidth of the 1 + 1 link can be used better in the link, and hot backup can be performed at the same time. When a link is faulty, the other one can be taken over smoothly, at ordinary times, 1 + 1 is used to back up each other when an exception occurs.
