CutStr function parameter description

CutStr truncates a string in the direction
Trim: removes spaces between the switch and the end.

Remove the spaces before and after rs ("p_name") and use CutStr to capture the string starting from the left


(CutStr function parameter description: str, the original string to be truncated; gtype, direction of truncation, 1 is left, 0 is right; lennum is the truncation Length
When the length of str cannot exceed lennum, no truncation is performed. If it exceeds, the truncation is performed and "..." is added at the end of the output string "...")
