Copy the polished layer to a layer, execute menu: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, the value is 5, determine the layer blending mode to "soft light",

Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, 6, a new layer, the foreground color is set to #dd6300, and then the lip part of the red, paint the layer blending mode to "soft light", layer opacity to: 60%

Create a new layer fill color: #FFE5C0, change the layer blending mode to "multiply", and change the opacity to: 30%

Create a curve adjustment layer with parameter settings as shown
