Solution
Find my.ini file
Modify the wait_timeout and interactive_timeout variables in my.cnf

Add a max_allowed_packet=16M, if not, increase the 16M

Increase wait_timeout can also play a role

E.g:

Wait_timeout=2880000
Interactive_timeout = 2880000
Max_allowed_packet = 100M

Remember to restart the database when applying ~~

In addition, there may be some other buffer_size variables that will affect, it is also worth noting
E.g 
Read_buffer_size
Read_rnd_buffer_size
