After you create a virtual machine from a template from Vcenter-vsphereclient, modify the IP error Clone (clone) to a Centos6.6 virtual machine , and then start to discover that the NIC is not booting. Restart the Network service and find the error message device eth0 does not seem to be present delaying initialization.

Solution:

Delete/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

Then restart reboot

After entering the system again, find this file will last modify "eth1" to "eth0" and then modify the MAC address in/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 to/etc/udev/rules.d/70- Persistent-net.rules the address recorded in the file, and then restart the machine, eth0 can start normally.
